A co-worker brought in one of my favorite cookies - Pepperage Farm Milanos.  I am drinking water instead...woo.

Breakfast:
2 eggs, half a slice of toast, butter, half an orange, 1% milk

Snack:
none

Lunch:
lowfat cottage cheese, tomatoes, 2 Kings Hawaiian rolls, water

Snack:
2 Kings Hawaiian rolls, a baby carrot, 3/4 oz cheese. 

I WANT A COOKIE!!!

Dinner:
Roasted chicken, peas and carrots, couscous, milk
