I dug out my old Sony Walkman and found the tape I used to walk with many, many years ago. So many happy memories came flooding back. I use it for walking my circuits now.

2 eggs, toast, butter, milk

Hamburger rice, 1 boiled egg, water

Dinner:
Scrambled sausage and eggs, half a toast, butter, milk
