Hi

Hello All.  Just checking in.  Not too much to report.  Just plugging along, the weight is slipping away bit by bit.  I haven't done so great on my mini-challenge.  I keep forgetting to do it.  I'm not giving up though, I'll just start all over and keep trying.

  3. Just plugging away is what makes a little difference bit by bit that grows eventually into a big difference. Just plugging away is good going. Even when it feels hard we just have to keep on plugging
    Good to hear from you - too many old blogging companions seem to be disappearing these days

  4. Dawn is right-weight loss is not an overnight thing anyway, as long as it remains present in your mind, it is a good start. But maybe connecting your challenge, or other exercise, with a daily routine would help it be more memorable? Like a lunchtime walk before you eat, or a squats before getting in the shower in the morning? Just a thought...
