Its the healthy bit that matters. I am ...Deanna, I don't know about my calories. I am aware of calories, but I'm not counting them. Breakfast is my heaviest meal and they get progressively lighter as the day goes on. And then, by the end of the day I'm not hungry. It was hard at first.
